Aurélie is a CNRS engineer, lab manager of the international funRNA team heavily involved in logistical management (stock management, ordering, equipment maintenance) and training in cellular and molecular biology techniques. Experienced in molecular cloning methods (Gateway, GreenGate, GoldenGate) and in creating genetic tools (transgenic lines, CRISPR-Cas, T-DNA mutants). Strong expertise in phenotypic plant analysis, including in vitro and greenhouse culture, imaging (confocal and wide-field microscopy), and statistical analysis. Advanced skills in molecular analyses such as genotyping, RT-qPCR, RNAseq, and immunoprecipitation techniques (ChIP, RIP, ChIRP). Responsible for microscope usage training and lab safety (hygiene, waste management, GMOs).
