Axis 3: Contribution of lncRNAs to temperature adaptation.

We will pursue functional studies on Arabidopsis lncRNAs isolated in previous screens and on heat stress associated lncRNAs from axis 2 to better understand their regulatory function, mode of action and biological functions.
